Every child has talents and dreams. KidsRights believes that all children should be able to realise the enormous potential they have within them.
That is why KidsRights stands up for vulnerable children all over the world, offering them direct support tailored to their needs and focusing attention on their position and their rights.
KidsRights helps by financing existing, well-run, local projects. Often, some relatively simple assistance is all that the children concerned need to make tremendous progress, giving them the chance to build a better future.
KidsRights offers a platform to children who, without help, often find it difficult to make the world sit up and listen. As Nobel Peace Prize winner Desmond Tutu has said: "KidsRights seeks to give a voice to the voiceless".

KidsRights is organised efficiently and benefits from an excellent network, as a result of which we are able to have a great impact on the lives of vulnerable children all over the world. We guarantee that 100% of your donation will go to benefit the project of your choice. This is because our overhead is paid by our Founders, an exceptional group of enterprising businesses and individuals who contribute greatly to our organisation, both in cash and in kind.

Besides involving business partners, KidsRights also looks to collaborate with parties in other sectors. We have established co-operative arrangements with Wilde Ganzen, whose experts regularly help us to assess and monitor projects. With their help, we can ensure that donations to KidsRights go exactly where they should.

SONY is the main Founder of KidsRights Italy. SONY sees KidsRights as its ideal partner, since both have common values to share: transparency and consistent commitment.

“Adopted” Project in Italy

KidsRights Italia Onlus works in support of several projects. The main project “adopted” by KidsRights Italy several years ago is The Associazione Peter Pan Onlus.

The Associazione Peter Pan Onlus was born in Rome in 1994 from the wish of a group of parents of children with cancer, with the idea to offer to other families a concrete help while facing the harsh experience of this terrible illness. In particular, the Association has created facilities to host those families coming from outside Rome. These facilities represent today not just a simple dormitory, but a real welcoming and warm ‘Home’ for the whole family of a sick child, where pain is healed with joy, attention, and treatment; where each family can talk to one another in order to share preoccupation and hope, thus overcoming isolation. It is also a House equipped with full services.
